Procedure
1: pay for your deposit here on this page (or pay in full) after which we recommend you seek travel insurance to cover your trip.
2: you will receive a welcome and ‘what to expect’ email from us - it is essential that you add hello (at) kalebrock (dot) com (dot) au to your safe senders list. Please confirm any +1s attending.
3: ninety days from your retreat start date, you will be required to complete the full payment, for which we will send you an email with a payable link (or instructions to transfer).
4: once full payment is received, you will be added to respective TSR online courses to complete a pre-retreat study (if you wish).
5: you will be emailed a full, detailed breakdown of logistics, transfer details and what to bring / expect. This page will also contain a pre-retreat Q&A recording with Kale, and a link to join the group WhatsApp for your retreat.
6: you must send us your flight details so we can arrange your transfer from Managua airport to the resort
7: our first rendezvous is dinner on your retreat start date (for example, if your retreat is 01.01.2026, then you should aim to arrive for 6:30pm on 01.01.2026, after which 6 days of coaching will commence).
